When will my order be shipped?

In order to drive less and to limit my time spent on admin, I tend to package and post orders once a week, usually fridays. If you have a specific date that you need a print for, please get in touch before you order and I’ll see what I can do to help.

What are the delivery estimates?

The estimate for when you can expect your print to arrive once you’ve received your dispatch notice is around 5-7 workdays for Canada, United States and Europe.

How are my items shipped?

All orders are sent from Canada via CanadaPost tracked. You’ll receive a fully trackable dispatch note when it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer international shipping, but only in United States and Europe so far. My shop is only open for Europe some weeks of the year. If you want to order from Europe outside of this period, or you don’t live in any of these countries, please contact me and we’ll find a solution.

Will there be customs fees?

Customs fees may apply depending on your location. In most countries, my prints are duty-free, but this ultimately depends on the regulations of the destination country’s customs. Orders shipped to the USA are tariff-free. As my shop will only be open for Europe briefly before I travel there, I will personally take your order with me and ship it from there. This means no customs fees will apply in this case.

Please note that any potential customs charges are not my responsibility and must be paid before delivery. I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds if these fees are refused.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You might be able to return your print in exchange for another equally priced item. If you are unhappy about your purchase, please get in touch within three days from its arrival to enquire about an exchange. Provided they are in perfect, saleable condition and still in their original packaging, you can return unwanted prints to me, though you will need to pay for the return postage. If you want to cancel an order, please let me know within 24 hours so I can cancel it.

My order never arrived, or arrived damaged.

I only send my prints tracked as they get very rarely lost. You can use your tracking link in the sending confirmation email to check on it’s progress to you. Damage can sometimes occur during the shipping process. I have no control over it, even if I pack with the most care! Please get in contact straight away and send detailed photos of both the damaged packaging and print, and I’ll see about sorting a refund or replacement.

Product FAQ

Are frames included?

No, all prints are sold unframed. I’m working on a collaboration to offer you in the future poster racks. If you’d like recommendations of where to buy good quality frames to suit your print, please feel free to contact me.

How do do you package your prints?

Prints arrive in strong cardboard packaging, usually a long box for larger prints, or if A4 or smaller I sent them flat. If multiple sizes are bought together, I will roll them all together. Flatten out as soon as you receive the print, and carefully weight the end for a day or two.

Why does my print looks different to the photo?

Because of it’s handmade nature, slight variations in color and print may occur. These small differences are exactly what make hand-printed works so special and beautiful. I print on handmade Lokta paper, and each sheet has its own unique character. This makes every piece truly one of a kind
