Linol Print
On a long winter night in the Laurentides, I watched three deer standing silently on the frozen river, their silhouettes blending into the snowy landscape. The stillness of the moment, the quiet beauty of nature, and the sense of calm they carried stayed with me. That scene became the inspiration for this piece.
All my artwork is handmade and original with a mix of limited and open edition linocut prints. I design, carve, press and pull the prints in my studio in the Laurentides, Canada.
