Le grand h\u00e9ron vit dans des endroits calmes, dans les marais, les zones humides et le long des rivi\u00e8res au cours lent. Il se d\u00e9place lentement et prudemment, en observant l'eau. D'un coup rapide, il attrape sa proie. C'est un chasseur silencieux, fort mais calme.<\/p>\n

Cet oiseau gracieux joue un r\u00f4le important dans la nature. Il contribue \u00e0 maintenir l'\u00e9quilibre des populations de poissons et de petits animaux. Sa pr\u00e9sence indique que l'eau et les terres qui l'entourent sont saines.<\/p>\n

Il y a quelque chose d'apaisant dans sa posture, patiente et immobile. Lorsqu'il d\u00e9ploie ses larges ailes et s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve dans les airs, il nous rappelle la gr\u00e2ce, la concentration et la puissance tranquille de la nature.<\/p>\n

Toutes mes \u0153uvres sont faites \u00e0 la main et originales, avec un m\u00e9lange de linogravures en \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e et en \u00e9dition ouverte. Les gravures sont con\u00e7ues, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, press\u00e9es et tir\u00e9es dans mon atelier situ\u00e9 dans les Laurentides, au Canada.<\/p>\n

Gracieux et immobile, le grand h\u00e9ron est un symbole de patience et de force tranquille. \u00c0 chaque pas d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9, il enseigne l'art de la pr\u00e9sence, comment le pouvoir peut exister dans le calme et comment la beaut\u00e9 peut r\u00e9sider dans la simplicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Cette gravure a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e selon la \u00ab m\u00e9thode multibloc \u00bb. Cette technique consiste \u00e0 graver plusieurs blocs de linol\u00e9um afin de cr\u00e9er des couches de couleur. Ici, 2 blocs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Chaque impression est dessin\u00e9e, grav\u00e9e et imprim\u00e9e \u00e0 la main par moi-m\u00eame dans mon petit atelier dans les Laurentides. En raison de leur fabrication artisanale, de l\u00e9g\u00e8res variations de couleur et d\u2019impression peuvent appara\u00eetre. Ce sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces petites diff\u00e9rences qui rendent les \u0153uvres imprim\u00e9es \u00e0 la main si sp\u00e9ciales et si belles.<\/p>\n

J\u2019imprime sur du papier Lokta artisanal, et chaque feuille a son caract\u00e8re unique. Cela rend chaque pi\u00e8ce v\u00e9ritablement unique.<\/p>\n
