Je suis Sarah et j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 mon chez-moi dans les vastes for\u00eats du Canada. Dans la nature sauvage des Laurentides, je ralentis et me reconnecte \u00e0 la beaut\u00e9 des choses simples. Pouvoir vivre ici me remplit d\u2019une profonde gratitude. Pr\u00e9server sa diversit\u00e9 est la pulsion principale de mon travail artistique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon amour pour la nature est profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9, c\u2019est pourquoi mes cr\u00e9ations se concentrent surtout sur des motifs botaniques. Les connaissances anciennes sur les plantes, les champignons et les \u00eatres vivants sont pour moi une source in\u00e9puisable d\u2019inspiration. Je crois que cette fascination et cet \u00e9merveillement pour la nature sont universels, peu importe o\u00f9 nous appelons notre chez-nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de promenades avec mon chien dans la for\u00eat, en travaillant au jardin, en d\u00e9couvrant des plantes m\u00e9dicinales ou simplement assise sous un arbre \u00e0 \u00e9couter les oiseaux, je prends le temps d\u2019observer. Ensuite, je transforme ce que je vois en art visuel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technique traditionnelle de la gravure en relief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
